J.A.C. Construction Ltd is a unique company with in its field. Formed over 20 years ago, it was one of the first company’s in London to offer a complete structural alterations service. With their own fabrication facilities, they offered a bespoke service where the fit was, and still is guaranteed. Three directors of J.A.C. Had the combined ideas to design and develop UltraBeam.

Prop heads are versatile but cannot take substantial loads

Many years ago, people realised the versatility of a prop head. The problem was they could never take substantial loads.

We developed many prototypes with a clear goal in mind to develop a prop head that could take 3500kg ,ten times stronger than its nearest rivals. With our partners we punished UltraBeam over many hours with a variety of on site and work shop stress scenarios in the end we found using UltraBeam on both ends of an RMD prop achieved incredible load success making it the ideal construction partner. With a combined experience of over 50 years in structural design and construction the UltraBeam 350 was born.
